LeoVegas Casino Review 2026: Bonus, Games and Payout Times

LeoVegas is the flagship casino brand of LeoVegas Group, a company founded in 2011 that now employs over 1,900 people and holds licences in nine markets. Since 2022 the group has been a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International, which makes LeoVegas one of the few European casino brands with a Las Vegas parent company. The casino lists 92 game-studio pages in its own provider directory, from NetEnt and Play'n GO to Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City, and runs eleven jackpot networks including Mega Moolah, WowPot and Jackpot King alongside its own LeoJackpot. Sports betting runs on Tiger, the group's proprietary sportsbook acquired from Tipico Group in 2024. One thing UK readers should know upfront: as of 25 August 2026 leovegas.com does not publish an en-GB storefront, and the group serves Britain through BetMGM, BetUK, Pink Casino, 21.co.uk and Slot Boss instead — the full picture is on our UK page. 18+, T&Cs apply.

LeoVegas casino review

What is LeoVegas?

LeoVegas is a casino brand that started in Sweden in 2011 and bet on the mobile version before the rest of the market did. That early choice is where two things come from: the historical positioning as Europe's number one mobile casino, and the lion mascot with its crown, the "King of Casino". The company behind it, LeoVegas Group, has grown from a Stockholm start-up into a group with more than 1,900 employees and licences in nine markets.

Today the brand is three products under one login: an online casino with slots, Megaways titles and jackpot games; a live casino built on Evolution tables such as XXXtreme Lightning Roulette; and a sportsbook running on the group's own Tiger platform. The operator serves nine locales on leovegas.com — en-ie, en-nz, en-row, en-ca, fr-ca, de-at, de-de, fi-fi and sv-se — and the old Swedish address leovegas.se now redirects to leovegas.com/sv-se, where the sitemap alone lists 7,525 URLs.

This LeoVegas casino review is built only on what the operator and its group publish about themselves. Where a claim cannot be checked, we say so rather than fill the gap.

Ownership

Who owns LeoVegas? MGM Resorts and the group behind the brand

The strongest fact on this page, and the one most review sites get vague about.

LeoVegas Group was founded in 2011 and, since 2022, has been a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International. The wording is the group's own: in its press release of 15 April 2026 it describes how it "became a subsidiary of the global entertainment company MGM Resorts International". That makes LeoVegas one of the very few European online casino brands whose ultimate parent runs physical resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.

In practice the deal means three things. First, a single corporate structure shared with BetMGM, the group's flagship sports brand in the UK, the Netherlands and Sweden. Second, investment in an in-house technology stack rather than a rented platform — Tiger, bought from Tipico Group in 2024, is the clearest example. Third, a portfolio of nine brands under one owner: BetMGM, BetUK, expekt, GoGoCasino, LeoVegas, Pink Casino, Royal Panda, Slot Boss and 21.co.uk.

The group itself reports over 1,900 employees and nine licensed markets, and in April 2026 it added a new betting licence from Spelinspektionen for the GoGoCasino brand on top of its existing Swedish online gaming licence. Searches for "LeoVegas Gaming plc" and "LeoVegas Group" point at this corporate layer, not at the casino itself; the full brand-by-brand breakdown, including which five brands face the British market, is on our sister sites page.

What the ownership does not change: each brand keeps its own licences, its own terms and its own account. Being an MGM subsidiary is a statement about who stands behind the operator, not a promise about odds, bonuses or payout speed.

The operator's own provider directory holds 92 studio pages. Among them: NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Evolution, Red Tiger, Games Global, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, Yggdrasil, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Playtech, Novomatic, IGT, Wazdan, ELK, PG Soft, Spribe, Stakelogic and Playson. That is 24 named studios out of the 92; the rest range from Kalamba Games and Peter & Sons to Authentic Gaming and OnAir Entertainment on the live side.

The titles the operator itself promotes on its game pages and in its blog are the ones you see above: Pirots 4, Legacy of Dead, Piggy Riches Megaways, Fruit Shop Megaways, Hypernova Megaways, 5 Lions Reborn, Zeus vs Hades: Gods of War, Zombie Circus, Flaming Joker Link&Win, 3x Catch and Mega Moolah, plus XXXtreme Lightning Roulette on the live floor. The catalogue carries 11 jackpot sections — Mega Moolah, WowPot, Jackpot King, Age of the Gods, Dream Drop, King Millions, Lots-a-Loot, Rapid Fire Jackpot, Jackpot Hunt, fixed and progressive jackpots — and, on top of those, the house network LeoJackpot. The full LeoVegas casino breakdown by category is on its own page.

Welcome offer

LeoVegas bonus: what the welcome offer looks like

Four separate welcome tracks. Pick what you actually play — the widget highlights the branch built for it.

What will you mostly play?
Track 1

Casino

A match on the deposit plus a batch of spins on named slots. Wagering counts the bonus part of your balance, so the base of the calculation, not the multiplier, decides how much play the offer really buys.

Track 2

Betting

A free bet or odds boost on the Tiger sportsbook. Free bets usually return winnings without the stake; the terms page states the minimum odds a qualifying bet must carry.

Track 3

Live casino

A deposit match aimed at Evolution tables. Table games often contribute a smaller share to wagering than slots, which is why this branch exists separately.

Track 4

Mixed

Casino and sport in one package for players who move between both. Smaller pieces, fewer restrictions on where you spend them.

The Swedish storefront publishes four separate welcome-bonus pages — casino, betting, live casino and mixed — plus one shared terms page. That structure is the useful fact; the amounts, the wagering multiplier, the minimum deposit and the time limit change with each campaign, so we do not print them. The current figures live on the operator's bonus terms page. 18+, T&Cs apply.

Why one brand runs four bonuses: casino, sport and live tables contribute to wagering at different rates, and a single offer would either over-reward slots or under-reward everything else. Splitting the offer lets the operator tune each branch to the product it is meant for.

How to read any branch in three steps. First, find the base: is wagering counted on the bonus only, or on deposit plus bonus? A lower multiplier on a larger base can cost more play than a higher multiplier on the bonus alone. Second, check contribution: slots normally count in full, table and live games at a fraction. Third, check the clock — a wagering window that expires before you reach it turns the bonus into nothing.

The mechanics, the myths about codes and the step-by-step maths are on our LeoVegas bonus page. In Sweden the law adds one more rule: a bonus may be offered only at a player's first occasion of play.

Account access

Deposits, withdrawals and how long payouts take

A payout is four stages in a row. The clock you see quoted elsewhere usually measures only the last one.

  1. Identity verifiedNothing leaves the account before KYC is complete. First withdrawal is the slow one for this reason.
  2. Same method in, same method outPayouts return to the deposit method wherever the payment system allows it.
  3. Operator reviewThe internal check of the request; the only stage the operator fully controls.
  4. Provider windowThe payment system's own processing time — bank, card scheme or e-wallet.

How long a LeoVegas withdrawal takes depends on which of the four stages you are in, and only the last two are measured in hours. Verification is the gate: until documents are accepted, the request does not enter the queue at all. After that the operator's review runs, and then the payment provider's own window — a card refund and an e-wallet transfer do not move at the same speed.

That is why we do not publish a "LeoVegas withdrawal time" in hours. Universal "paid within the hour" claims ignore verification and the provider, and the first payout on any account is always slower than the ones that follow.

Example of a local cashier · Sweden

Swish, Trustly and BankID

On the Swedish storefront the operator publishes separate pages for Swish, Trustly and casino with BankID. Deposit with Swish or Trustly, identify and log in with BankID — the same identity that gates the payout.

Methods and limits differ by market; the cashier in your locale is the only authoritative list.

The operator's Swedish blog holds 182 articles on sport, 95 on live casino, 69 on casino and 102 stories of player wins — almost 350 pieces of content. It is useful fixture: RTP explanations, blackjack rules, how Megaways reels work. It is also marketing. A hundred documented wins say that jackpots pay out; they say nothing about what an average account returns, and no review can turn them into a payout rate. What we can confirm is the corporate layer, the licence base, the composition of the catalogue and the sports platform. Everything else on this page is labelled as what it is.

Availability

Is LeoVegas available in the UK?

Not under the LeoVegas name. On 25 August 2026 the sitemap index at leovegas.com listed nine locales and en-GB was not one of them; the address /en-gb/sitemap.xml returned a 404. You can repeat the check yourself in a browser. The group has not left Britain — it serves the market through five brands of its own: BetMGM, BetUK, Pink Casino, 21.co.uk and Slot Boss, all inside the GAMSTOP scheme.

We do not describe VPNs, mirrors or any other way around a geo restriction, and we would not recommend an account opened that way: it breaks the operator's terms and puts a withdrawal at risk. The whole question — what "LeoVegas UK" means in 2026 and what a British player can actually do — is answered on the LeoVegas UK page.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask about LeoVegas

Who owns LeoVegas?

LeoVegas is owned by LeoVegas Group, which became a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International in 2022. The group was founded in 2011, employs more than 1,900 people and runs nine brands in total: BetMGM, BetUK, expekt, GoGoCasino, LeoVegas, Pink Casino, Royal Panda, Slot Boss and 21.co.uk.

Is LeoVegas available to players in the UK?

Not under the LeoVegas name. As of 25 August 2026 the operator's sitemap index lists nine locales and none of them is en-GB, while /en-gb/sitemap.xml returns a 404. LeoVegas Group serves the UK market through BetMGM, BetUK, Pink Casino, 21.co.uk and Slot Boss instead.

How many games and providers does LeoVegas have?

The operator's own provider directory contains 92 studio pages, including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Evolution, Red Tiger, Games Global, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming and Push Gaming. The catalogue also carries eleven jackpot sections plus the in-house LeoJackpot network.

How long do LeoVegas withdrawals take?

There is no single number, and any site quoting one is guessing. A payout clears only after identity verification is complete, and the total time is the operator's internal review plus the payment provider's own processing window. Your first withdrawal is always the slowest because that is when verification usually happens, which is why LeoVegas withdrawal times differ by method and by account age.

Does LeoVegas have its own sportsbook?

Yes. LeoVegas runs on Tiger, a proprietary sportsbook platform the group acquired from Tipico Group in 2024. Tiger went live on LeoVegas in Sweden on 2 June 2026 and offers boosted odds, partial cash-out and live betting.

What is LeoJackpot?

LeoJackpot is the operator's own progressive jackpot network, run alongside third-party networks such as Mega Moolah, WowPot, Jackpot King, Age of the Gods and Dream Drop. The operator's blog documents LeoJackpot wins on titles including Pirots 4, Legacy of Dead, Piggy Riches Megaways and Fruit Shop Megaways.

Is LeoVegas covered by GAMSTOP?

GAMSTOP is the national self-exclusion scheme that covers every operator holding a Great Britain licence, and that includes LeoVegas Group's British brands. If you have registered with GAMSTOP, those brands must block your account for the period you chose. We do not cover or recommend sites outside that scheme.

Verdict

LeoVegas in one paragraph

LeoVegas suits a player who wants a large, studio-by-studio catalogue and a jackpot layer behind a brand with a checkable owner. The strong points are exactly that: MGM Resorts International since 2022, 92 studio pages, eleven jackpot networks plus LeoJackpot, a sportsbook the group owns outright and a Swedish licence base with BankID, Swish and Trustly. The weak point for a British reader is structural, not cosmetic: there is no en-GB storefront, and the group's five UK brands are where that traffic goes instead. Read the terms, set a limit before the first deposit, and treat any figure without a date as unverified.
